What is ZenMode?
ZenMode is LinkedIn automation software for outreach. You enter your website, it works out who to reach on LinkedIn, writes each message, follows up, and brings every reply into one inbox. Plans start at $15 a month, AI messages and voice notes start at $49 a month, and Practitioner, Master and Dojo come with a 14-day free trial.
How it works
From your website to your first replies
Three steps. You do the first two, and the replies come to you.
- 1
Enter your website
We read it and work out who buys from you: the job titles, industries and places worth reaching.
- 2
Review, or let Autopilot send
We write a short connection note and follow-ups for your business. Review and change them, or let Autopilot send them for you.
- 3
Replies arrive
Your notes and follow-ups go out at a steady pace, and every reply lands in one inbox.
Sangha IntelligenceRolling out
Learn from every campaign, not just yours.
Sangha is a community that learns together. ZenMode is rolling it out in stages, to learn what gets accepted and replied to and to use that to improve the messages it writes for you.
- Learns from which connection requests get accepted and which messages get replies
- Grouped by broad role and industry group
- On by default, and you can opt out any time

What changes
More conversations, without more hours on LinkedIn
Less time on LinkedIn, and more of the conversations that lead somewhere.
A fuller calendar
Replies turn into conversations, and conversations into meetings, week after week.
Your time back
No more sending connection requests and chasing follow-ups by hand. It keeps going while you do the work only you can do.
Replies from the right people
You choose the roles, industries and places. The people who answer are the ones you wanted to meet.
Nothing slips through
Every reply lands in one inbox, and follow-ups stop the moment someone answers.
Proof

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is ZenMode safe to use with my LinkedIn account?
Not in the sense of zero risk. No tool can promise that, and you should be wary of any that does. LinkedIn's terms restrict third-party automation, and we can't guarantee they won't act on an account.
What we can tell you is how it paces itself: ZenMode sends a few minutes apart, under daily and weekly caps of our own, and you can set a lower daily limit on each campaign.
Our Terms (section 6) set this out in full.
How does ZenMode work?
You tell ZenMode who you want to reach, and it writes the messages for you (or you write your own). On each campaign you choose whether to review every message before it goes, or let Autopilot send them. ZenMode then finds those people on LinkedIn, sends connection requests during your business hours, follows up with the ones who accept, and brings every reply into one inbox.
What features does ZenMode include?
Every plan includes automated follow-ups, a unified inbox, campaign analytics and one-click withdrawal of stale invites. Novice ($15/mo) gives you 1 LinkedIn account and 3 campaigns using your own message templates, with no AI. Practitioner ($49/mo) and up add unlimited campaigns, AI-written messages, voice notes, AI-suggested replies and API access. Master and Dojo add more LinkedIn accounts (3 and 5) and team members, and Dojo adds white-label branding. For more accounts, the Custom plan includes everything in Dojo. Practitioner, Master and Dojo come with a 14-day free trial.
How many connection requests can I send per day?
LinkedIn publishes no daily or weekly connection request number, so ZenMode paces every account under daily and weekly caps of its own, and you can set a lower daily connection limit on each campaign. Sending more does not raise the rate at which people accept, so the useful number is the one you need, not the most you can send. Our guide to how many connection requests to send per week works through it.
What devices does ZenMode support?
ZenMode is available for both macOS and Windows. Just download the desktop app, sign in, and you're ready to go. No Chrome extension or browser plugin needed.
